Arsenal’s Hector Bellerin is often the man of the hour when it comes to social media.
The Spanish defender is no stranger to fashionable snaps and bold pictures that he shares with the fans from time to time, and he’s been up to his usual tricks once again.
Just the other day, Bellerin posted a mysterious tweet of an hourglass that had fans wondering about its meaning, but even though many guessed it could have something to do with his return, it seemed he was merely alluding to an imminent haircut change.
He has since taken to Instagram to show his new look.
Of course, even though the change wasn’t as radical as it could’ve been, it did attract some banter and attention from his friends. Serge Gnabry replied with an internal joke and the duo shared some laughs in the comment section below.
Gerard Deulofeu, his compatriot, was also there to rinse the Gunner, calling him a “lettuce” in Spanish but in the end stating that it does suit him.
As for his footballing career, Bellerin has been sidelined for quite a while now.
The young Spanish full-back suffered a serious injury in January that ended his season only halfway through.
It seems he won’t return until the 2019/20 kicks off in August, or perhaps later according to some recent reports.
